Wayanamac education trust initiated its journey in the year 1999 with a holistic spectrum to provide and achieve excellence in education. It has also mandated itself to involve in social and philanthropic activities through meaningful engagement of the people. The Trust is headed by its founder Sri. Bylappa an industrialist and a technocrat, recognized more as educationist and philanthropist. He firmly believes in the philosophy of giving back to the society so that it benefits largely from education and social engagements. In the endeavor, he is competently supported by Sri P.B. Manjunath, Vice President, and Sri Bylappa Raghav, Secretary through their pro-active and generous participation. WET is convinced that India can well be a developed nation by the close of the decade through education in the first instance. Education is an effective tool that can empower the people, which, in turn, can accelerate the growth engine of the country. The trust also would like to extend its services in the area of Residential School, Medical College and a School of Special Children.
